German Andino López lost his left leg to a landmine. German was walking home from work on a path he walked on a hundred times before when he triggered a mine. He was thrown into the air and when he finally reached a hospital they had to amputate his leg. German is unable to farm now due to his accident and works as a night watchman at a mechanic shop. He is asking for a grant to open his own pulperia (small general store).
